The preservation of the land enhances the aesthetic beauty of the community's amenities. More than 55 acres (40% of the total community) are dedicated to open space. Existing streams and waterways have been preserved as greenways. Over 27 acres of wooded hillsides and hilltops have been preserved and will be enhanced with hiking trails. More than 15 acres of land are reserved for an open space linear park neighboring Clovercroft Road. Four distinct pocket parks and village greens complete with park benches will be located throughout Springhouse at Breezeway. Residents can also enjoy the re-built springhouse which is reminiscent of the community's historic origins.
